Nurture your child's development and unleash their potential with our engaging and age-appropriate sports program.

Our Teens Strength sessions are designed for children aged 12 to 15 years; our teens sessions focus on teaching participants correct technique from basic bodyweight moves building to traditional weightlifting. We focus on agility, speed, balance and functional movements. These sessions are held each Tuesday 3:30pm - 4:30pm. Our next 8 week block kicks off Tuesday 23rd April. Our Kids Bootcamp Sessions are held each school holiday break and focus on team skills, balance, mobility, ball games, agility skills, and core strengthening.

Through interactive activities and expert guidance, we foster a love for sports while enhancing coordination, building confidence, and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle. Book your class today!
