Nurture your child’s development and help them reach their full potential with our fun, engaging, and age-appropriate training programs. Designed to build strong bodies and confident minds, our Kids and Teens sessions focus on skill development, movement quality, teamwork, and most importantly enjoyment.
Through expert coaching and interactive activities, we help young people build coordination, confidence, and a lifelong love for movement, all while promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.
At Be Farm Fit, we believe building strong foundations from a young age sets young people up for a lifetime of healthy movement and confidence. Our approach focuses on developing movement skills, strength, coordination, and resilience in a supportive environment. By teaching proper technique and introducing strength training in an age-appropriate way, we help kids and teens build positive habits that support all sports, school, and everyday life.
Kids Bootcamp
Our Kids Bootcamp runs once each school holiday break and is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and having fun outdoors.
Sessions include obstacle courses, farm-style activities, games, and team challenges combined with age-appropriate strength and endurance exercises. The focus is on building confidence, teamwork, and resilience while helping kids develop a love for movement.

Teens Strength & Conditioning
Our Teens Strength and condition sessions follow a progression-based approach, meeting each teen at their current level and helping them continue to develop safely and effectively. For some teens this is an introduction to strength and weight training, while others progress further from where they started. Sessions focus on proper technique, movement quality, and building strength the right way from the beginning, helping them develop skills that support safe and effective training for years to come.

Our Teens Strength & Conditioning program runs in 8-week training blocks, allowing participants to progressively build strength, technique, and confidence over time.Each block is a one-off payment of $100 for the full 8-week program.If you’re interested in joining partway through a block, please contact us as we may still be able to accommodate depending on availability.
