Nurture your child’s development and help them reach their full potential with our fun, engaging, and age-appropriate training programs. Designed to build strong bodies and confident minds, our sessions focus on skill development, movement quality, teamwork, and most importantly enjoyment.

Teens S&C (12-16 Years)

Our Teens Strength Program takes young athletes through a professionally designed, progressive 8-week training block, built to develop safe, effective strength foundations they can carry with them as they grow and mature.

Throughout the program, teens are coached in the four essential movement patterns:

• Push - Pull - Hinge - Squat

These fundamental skills are taught with correct technique, appropriate progressions, and age-appropriate loading to ensure confidence, safety, and long-term development. Program Benefits

• Learn and develop proper strength training techniques that can be used for life

• Increase muscle strength, endurance, and overall physical resilience

• Help protect growing muscles and joints, reducing the risk of sports-related injuries

• Improve performance across all sports — from dance and cricket to football and soccer

• Gain education and take-home knowledge on training programs, progression, and recovery

• Ask questions, build confidence, and train under the guidance of qualified, experienced coaches

At BFF, we focus on education first, ensuring teens not only train safely but understand why they are doing what they’re doing, setting them up for long-term athletic success and healthy movement habit

We also offer Teens Strength Sessions during school terms, designed for young people aged 12–15 years. These sessions focus on: Learning correct technique and movement patterns. Progressing from bodyweight exercises to traditional weightlifting. Improving agility, speed, balance, and functional strength. Sessions are run on Tuesday afternoons 3:30pm - 4:15pm and our next block will begin in 2026.

Through expert coaching and interactive activities, we help young people build coordination, confidence, and a lifelong love for movement, all while promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.
