Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes concerning this website are to be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in Queensland.
We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions, in your country of residence or any other appropriate country or jurisdiction.
Membership Fees & Payments
Be Farm Fit reserves the right to vary membership fees by providing Members with at least thirty (30) days written notice via email, in-club notice, or publication on the Be Farm Fit website prior to any fee increase taking effect.
Memberships may be billed weekly or monthly in advance via direct debit depending on the membership option selected at sign up.
Members agree to pay all membership fees and charges on or before the due date in accordance with this Agreement.
If a direct debit payment is declined or dishonoured, Be Farm Fit may attempt to re-process the payment up to three (3) times. A dishonour fee of up to $2 AUD may apply where permitted by law.
Where membership fees remain unpaid, Be Farm Fit reserves the right to suspend access to services until the account is brought up to date and may refer overdue accounts to a debt collection agency where reasonable and lawful to do so.
Members agree to book classes and recovery sessions through the Be Farm Fit booking system. Repeated failure to attend booked sessions or cancel within the required timeframe may result in temporary booking restrictions.
Membership Types and Initial Minimum Terms
Unlimited Training Membership
The Unlimited Training Membership is offered on a flexible ongoing basis with no lock-in contract. Members may cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined below..
Unlimited Training + Recovery Membership
The Unlimited Training + Recovery Membership includes an initial minimum term of three (3) months commencing from the membership start date (“Initial Minimum Term”).
During the Initial Minimum Term:
Membership fees remain payable for the full Initial Minimum Term;
The Member may not voluntarily cancel the membership during the Initial Minimum Term except where entitled under Australian Consumer Law or applicable legislation; and
Approved membership holds will extend the Initial Minimum Term by the duration of the approved hold period.
At the conclusion of the Initial Minimum Term, the membership will automatically continue on an ongoing basis unless cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.
Recovery Zone Membership
Recovery Zone Membership includes an initial minimum term of three (3) months commencing from the membership start date (“Initial Minimum Term”).
During the Initial Minimum Term:
Membership fees remain payable for the full Initial Minimum Term;
The Member may not voluntarily cancel the membership during the Initial Minimum Term except where entitled under Australian Consumer Law or applicable legislation; and
Approved membership holds will extend the Initial Minimum Term by the duration of the approved hold period.
At the conclusion of the Initial Minimum Term, the membership will automatically continue on an ongoing basis unless cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.
Membership Holds
We understand that life happens and Members may require a temporary suspension of their membership due to travel, illness, injury, or other personal circumstances.
Membership holds:
Must be for a minimum of one (1) week and a maximum of four (4) weeks per request;
Are limited to three (3) hold periods per calendar year unless otherwise approved by Be Farm Fit; and
Require at least seven (7) days written notice before the requested hold commencement date.
Hold requests must be submitted in writing via email to: bffadmin@befarmfit.com.au
The request must include:
The requested hold commencement date; and
The requested recommencement date.
Membership payments will automatically resume at the conclusion of the approved hold period.
Where a hold occurs during an applicable Initial Minimum Term, the Initial Minimum Term will be extended by the duration of the approved hold.
Members on monthly memberships must provide a minimum of seven (7) days written notice prior to their next scheduled payment date for cancellations to take effect before the next billing cycle.
Membership Cancellations
Members may cancel their membership by providing at least seven (7) days written notice prior to their next payment date via email to: bffadmin@befarmfit.com.au
Where a cancellation request is received less than seven (7) days before the next scheduled direct debit, one final payment may still be processed.
For memberships subject to an Initial Minimum Term, cancellations cannot take effect until the Initial Minimum Term has been completed unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Be Farm Fit may cancel or suspend a membership where:
The Member breaches this Agreement;
The Member behaves in a manner that threatens the safety, wellbeing, or enjoyment of staff or other members; or
Be Farm Fit is required to do so by law.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies the Member may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Membership fees, class packs, and challenge payments are generally non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
10 Class Packs
10 Class Packs are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used within three (3) months of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
4 Week & 8 Week Challenges
4 Week and 8 Week Challenges are non-refundable and are not eligible for holds or transfers once commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Promotional Memberships & Special Offers
Promotional memberships, discounted memberships, and special offers may be subject to separate terms and minimum commitment periods disclosed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional memberships and special offers will automatically renew in accordance with the applicable promotional terms and conditions.
Class Bookings
All classes must be booked through the Be Farm Fit app in accordance with the current class timetable and booking availability.
Members/Clients are responsible for managing their own bookings and cancelling sessions within any applicable cancellation window where they are unable to attend.
Be Farm Fit reserves the right to amend class timetables, class formats, coach allocations, session capacities, and operating hours at any time.
Be Farm Fit also reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, combine, or modify classes where booking numbers are insufficient, including where fewer than three (3) participants are booked into a session. Where possible, a minimum of two (2) hours notice will be provided prior to the scheduled class start time.
All Members/Clients must follow directions provided by Be Farm Fit coaches and staff at all times to ensure a safe and respectful training environment.
Recovery Zone & Sauna Bookings
Use of the Recovery Zone and Sauna facilities is subject to availability, booking requirements, and the completion of all applicable waivers.
Recovery Zone and Sauna sessions must be booked through the Be Farm Fit app.
Bookings are available during the following times:
Monday to Saturday: 5:00am – 11:30am
Monday to Friday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Be Farm Fit reserves the right to amend booking availability, operating hours, session durations, or Recovery Zone access policies at any time.
Members must follow all Recovery Zone, Sauna, and wellness area rules and safety instructions at all times.
Waiver, Release & Member Acknowledgement
All Members/Clients are required to complete and sign a separate waiver prior to participating in any classes, training sessions, recovery services, sauna use, cold therapy, challenges, or activities conducted by Be Farm Fit.
The waiver forms part of these Terms & Conditions and includes, but is not limited to:
Member responsibilities and facility rules;
Safe use of gym and recovery equipment;
Booking and attendance requirements;
Acknowledgement of risks associated with exercise, recovery services, sauna use, and cold therapy;
Medical and health acknowledgements;
Assumption of risk;
Liability waiver and indemnity provisions;
Personal property acknowledgements;
Child supervision responsibilities; and
Media consent relating to photography and video content captured at Be Farm Fit.
By signing the waiver and participating in activities at Be Farm Fit, the Member/Client acknowledges that exercise, training, recovery services, and wellness activities involve inherent risks and agrees to participate voluntarily and at their own risk to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Be Farm Fit reserves the right to refuse access to any person who has not completed the required waiver documentation or who fails to comply with Gym policies, rules, or safety directions.
Personal Property
Any personal property brought onto Be Farm Fit premises or parking areas is brought entirely at the Member/Client’s own risk.
Be Farm Fit is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, vehicles, or property occurring on Gym premises or surrounding areas.
Media Consent
Be Farm Fit may take photographs and/or video recordings during classes, events, challenges, training sessions, recovery sessions, or while on the farm for promotional and marketing purposes.
By signing the waiver, the Member/Client consents to the use of their image, likeness, voice, and recorded content across Be Farm Fit marketing channels including social media, website content, advertising, and promotional materials.
If a Member/Client does not wish to appear in photographs or video content, they must notify Be Farm Fit in writing via email to bffadmin@befarmfit.com.au prior to attending their first session.
Be Farm Fit will make reasonable efforts to respect all privacy requests.
Child Supervision
If a Member/Client brings child(ren) onto Be Farm Fit premises, the child(ren) must remain within designated kids areas at all times.
The Member/Client accepts full responsibility for the supervision, safety, and behaviour of their child(ren) while on the premises.
Children must not enter active training or recovery areas while sessions are in progress unless expressly permitted by Be Farm Fit staff.
Be Farm Fit reserves the right to request that a Member/Client leave a session where child supervision becomes unsafe or disruptive to staff, members, or the operation of the session.
Personal Training & Small Group Personal Training
Personal Training (PT) and Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) services operate separately from the membership terms outlined above.
Cancellation policies, booking conditions, session expiry periods, refunds, and payment terms relating to PT and SGPT services may differ from standard membership terms.
Members/Clients should contact their Personal Trainer directly for further information regarding PT and SGPT terms and conditions.
Electronic Agreement & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions may be accepted electronically.
By electronically signing or agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Member/Client confirms that they:
Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
Agree to be legally bound by all terms contained within them; and
Consent to the use of electronic communication and electronic signatures for the purposes of this Agreement.
The Member/Client acknowledges that their electronic acceptance has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature under applicable Australian law.
Spring Offer - get 2 weeks free!
Terms & Conditions
The Be Farm Fit Spring Offer gives new members their first 2 weeks of Unlimited Training FREE when signing up for a minimum 4-week membership.
You must be a new Be Farm Fit member and your membership must commence no later than Monday 19 October 2026.
New members only. You must not currently hold, or have previously held, a Be Farm Fit membership in 2026.
Membership must commence on or before 19 October 2026 to be eligible.
A minimum 4-week membership commitment applies, consisting of 2 weeks FREE followed by 2 paid weeks.
The first 2 weeks of membership are free.
Weeks 3 and 4 are charged at the standard Unlimited Training rate of $45 per week.
Total payable for the initial 4-week period is $90, plus applicable payment processing/service fees.
A valid payment method is required when signing up.
After the initial 4-week period, membership will automatically continue at the standard weekly membership rate unless cancelled in accordance with Be Farm Fit's cancellation policy.
1 week's written notice via email to bffadmin@befarmfit.com.au is required to cancel. Membership cannot end before the minimum 4-week commitment has been completed.
The 2 free weeks have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or credited.
The four week Spring membership cannot be paused, placed on hold or extended.
Offer cannot be combined with another Be Farm Fit promotion, discount or introductory offer unless otherwise stated.
Offer applies to Unlimited Training only and does not include Recovery Zone services, Evolt scans, Personal Training, special programs or other separately charged services.
Standard Be Farm Fit membership, booking, attendance and facility conditions apply.
Classes are subject to availability and must be booked through the Be Farm Fit booking system.
Offer is limited to one redemption per eligible new member.
Be Farm Fit reserves the right to refuse the promotion where there is reasonable evidence of misuse or an attempt to redeem the offer more than once.
Be Farm Fit reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion. This will not affect promotional benefits already validly commenced.
The Better You Project
Terms & Conditions
January 2027
By registering for The Better You Project ("the Program"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration
Registration is confirmed once your registration form has been completed and your payment (or deposit) has been received.
Places are limited and registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
2. Program Fees
The Better You Project registration fee is $450.
Participants may choose to:
Pay the full registration fee upfront; or
Pay a non-refundable $99 deposit followed by eight (8) weekly payments of $44, commencing from the official Program start date.
By selecting the payment plan option, you authorise Be Farm Fit to debit the scheduled payments using your nominated payment method.
Failure to complete scheduled payments does not cancel your registration or remove your obligation to pay the remaining balance.
3. Refunds
Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
No refunds, credits or transfers will be provided for:
Change of mind
Holidays
Illness or injury
Non-attendance
Early withdrawal from the Program
4. Membership Requirement
The Better You Project registration fee does not include a Be Farm Fit membership.
All participants must maintain an active Be Farm Fit membership for the duration of the Program.
If you are not currently a member, you must purchase an eligible Be Farm Fit membership before the Program commences and complete the standard Be Farm Fit Membership Agreement.
Participants wishing to use a Family Membership must have the membership established before the Program start date.
5. Membership During the Program
As The Better You Project is a structured transformation program:
Memberships cannot be placed on hold during the Program.
Memberships cannot be cancelled during the Program.
Your Be Farm Fit membership will continue after the Program unless cancelled in writing in accordance with your Membership Agreement.

6. Participant Commitment
By registering, you agree to:
Participate in the full 8-week Program.
Attend training sessions as consistently as possible.
Complete fitness testing and progress tracking.
Participate in accountability check-ins.
Be honest and engaged with your coaches and nutritionist.
Treat coaches, staff and fellow participants with respect.
Results are achieved through consistency and commitment.
7. Coaching & Nutrition Support
The Program includes coaching and nutrition guidance provided by Be Farm Fit coaches and Dani from Built Nutrition.
Participants acknowledge that:
Advice is educational in nature.
Results vary between individuals.
Success depends on personal commitment and consistency.
8. Program Inclusions
The Better You Project may include:
Unlimited coach-led classes (with active membership)
Personalised nutrition guidance
Weekly accountability
Fitness testing
Evolt Body Scans
Exclusive Better You Project education sessions
Private support group
Community events
Program inclusions may change where reasonably necessary.
9. Health & Safety
Participants confirm they are medically fit to participate.
Participants agree to:
Exercise within their own capabilities.
Inform coaches of injuries or medical conditions.
Follow all coaching instructions.
Seek medical advice where appropriate.
Participation is undertaken at the participant's own risk.
10. Photography & Media
Be Farm Fit may photograph or film participants during the Program for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify Be Farm Fit in writing prior to the commencement of the Program.
11. Code of Conduct
Be Farm Fit is committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment.
Participants may be removed from the Program without refund if they:
Behave in an abusive or inappropriate manner.
Harass staff or other members.
Fail to follow safety directions.
Damage equipment or property.
12. Changes to the Program
Be Farm Fit reserves the right to amend:
Session times
Coaches
Education sessions
Nutrition support
Program schedule
where reasonably required.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
