Beccy’s Testimonial - BFF Member

Rebecca’s Experience here at Be Farm Fit. “I was nervous and questioning my physical ability... now I’m physically stronger than I’ve ever been.” Before joining Be Farm Fit, I hadn’t been in a gym in years. As a mum of two active boys, I was craving energy, connection, and a space that felt genuine, not intimidating. I WAS: Nervous about my physical ability. Looking for more than just ‘fitting into shorts. Wanting to be a positive role model for my family. Craving a community that felt real. NOW I AM: Approaching my 50s with more energy than ever. Physically stronger than I’ve been at any age. Using exercise as my mental reset and daily debrief. Part of a community that lifts each other up. What changed? From day one, Be Farm Fit felt different. No judgment. Just skilled coaching, thoughtful programming for all levels, and a space where fitness, growth, and genuine connection come together. I’ve even trained side by side with my son, building healthy habits and connections in the same space. If you’re wondering whether it’s “too late” or if you’re “too out of shape,” I promise you’re not.

Nicca’s Testimonial - BFF Member

Before joining BFF, I was scared and lost.
A near-death experience with my last baby left me struggling, and postnatal depression had really taken hold. I was also battling an eating disorder and felt disconnected from myself.

Thanks to my friend, who suggested I try BFF with her, I took that first step.

From the very first session, I felt supported. The group of women were cruisey, welcoming, and genuine, and I quickly realised I wasn’t alone in my struggles. There was laughter, encouragement, and a sense of belonging I hadn’t felt in a long time. BFF became a safe space where I could focus on myself.

Amie is the ultimate people person; she gets everyone. She knows how to connect, make you feel heard, and lift you up. You feel it the moment you walk into the BFF space.

Fitness became my outlet. A place where I could regain control, rebuild my confidence, and focus on myself. I truly believe that if I hadn’t walked into BFF that day, my life would have been very different.

Over time, I noticed how much I could support and inspire others. With Amie’s guidance, I stepped into coaching, a huge leap outside my comfort zone. It took time, but quiet, shy Nic slowly grew in confidence. I found my purpose in helping others achieve their goals.

Now, as a coach, I know I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. I get to cheer people on, share what I’ve learned, and witness the difference it makes in their lives every day. Seeing someone push past a limit, celebrate a win, or discover their own strength is incredibly fulfilling.

Thanks to BFF, I’m more confident, positive, and deeply connected to an amazing community. I’ve learned to trust myself, celebrate progress, and embrace challenges in the gym and in life.

BFF helped me find my voice, my purpose, and a sense of self I thought I’d lost. I’m proud of who I am today, and grateful to be able to share that with others every day.
