This dynamic workout combines the benefits of strength training with heart-pumping cardio exercises, maximising calorie burn and muscle toning. Push your limits, build strength, and improve endurance as you progress through a series of challenging circuits.

  • 30 minutes - Everyone wants to exercise, but not everyone has time. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Burn goes hard for short periods, with small intervals of rest. This session features varying intervals of intense cardio and/or strength exercises. HIT workouts increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your power and endurance.

Our coaches provide hands-on practical instruction in performing lifts and gymnastic inspired skills. This class is programmed in a 6-week progression.
